Suma Production

The process begins with the finest fresh grapes, fermented to create 'Suma'. This pure grape spirit base is essential for authentic Raki.

Aniseed Infusion

High-quality aniseed is introduced to the Suma in copper vats. This infusion imparts the signature licorice notes and the magical 'louche' effect.

Copper Pot Distillation

The mixture undergoes a second distillation in traditional copper pots. This slow process refines the flavors, ensuring a smooth, premium finish.
